Conditions of participation

To take part at the competition the works must be shipped til deadline.

The Deadline is April 30, 2003

Supported formats are : DAT, Stereo-Audio-CD, AIFF, Microsoft Wave and MP3

All deliveries from non-European Union countries must be marked: "no commercial value - for cultural purposes only". With screening copies from non-European Union countries, please include a "pro forma invoice" with a print of value of less than US $ 25. Unfortunately we are unable to accept packages which do not have full postage required.

The applicant is responsible for the costs of sending the screening copies to the festival.
Note: the concert is non-funded and submissions are not returned if not accompanied by SASE.

All screening copies will be sent back to the applicant as soon as possible after the festival.

A festival comes alive with its guests. This makes it all the more unfortunate that the festival`s budget is too small to be able to invite all artists and assume their hotel costs. Nonetheless, the festival will try to find a private accommodation or low-price hotel logings
